However, there are difficulties in handwriting ticket for vehicle access control as follow:
Slow execution time, error (write wrong number plate, given the wrong card)
- When the ticket is lost, crooks can easily detect the vehicle
- Take more time when accessing
- In case of losing vehicle, there is no specific evidence (image, camera)
- Difficult to control revenue
- More personnel
- Do not solve the vehicle missing case
2/ Technical Solutions, Operational Procedures:
Technology applications: depending on the scale and cost of investment, here are the technology can be applied.
- Contactless card: including short range card reader (5cm), long range card reader (10m). Card has been combined anti-interference technology.
- New technology Camera (IP Camera): capture visitor, car, and license plate automatically.
- Automatic barrier: only open to vehicles examined and paid fee
- Using magnetic sensor to detect vehicles
- Automatic card generator: visitors press button to take card
- Fee calculation formula which is diversified studied and found the specific evidence serving control and detect against losing money and vehicles.

On the process for visitor's pass:
- Visitors stop at automatic card generator position, press button to take card
- IP camera automatically reads license plate, capturing visitors, cars. Information is attached to the card before visitors receive

The access process for visitors:
- Visitors stop at the guard area to present card of admission.
- Security guard will receive and inspect card. Software will automatically verify and display the visitors' information to be processed.
- Barrier automatically opens and closes when visitors enter the parking lot.
The access process for regular visitors:
- When vehicles (including cars, motorcycles) access parking lot.
- Long range card reader will read card on the car. For motorcycle, visitors can put card in the bag or pocket.
- System checks the validity of the card, captures visitors, cars, and reads license plate.
